Annual General Membership Meeting


This meeting will take place at the Holiday Inn, on Fairview Dr. in the Churchill North and Center Conference Room at 7:30pm.

Please complete the appropriate forms below. All changes to our Consitution/By-Laws must be submitted with the Notice of Motion Form. If interested in running for a position on the Executive, please complete the Nominaton Form. All forms should be completed and emailed to barrie.mha@bellnet.ca or faxed to the office by April 1st by 5:00pm.
